A valid debit or credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation with us. (We do not accept American Express.)

Cancellations

Before 7 days – Your deposit is non refundable but you can transfer the deposit to another stay if you re-arrange your booking
Within 7 days we will charge for the first night of your stay if we cannot re-let your room.
Within 48hrs or you fail to arrive without notification you will be charged for the whole of your stay if we cannot re-let your room
If you curtail your stay once commenced you will be charged for the whole stay.

Weekend bookings are for a 2 night stay unless otherwise agreed nearer to the time.

Children over 12 years only and using existing beds can be accommodated. No extra beds can be arranged
Unfortunately we cannot accept pets

Check in times are between 3pm and 7 pm for guests booking direct with us. You may be able to collect a key between 11 and 12 noon but please ring first to arrange. Complimentary Tea is available in the lounge between 3.30 and 4.30 pm for arriving guests staying two nights or more.

Payment can be by cash or card
We have a strict no smoking policy throughout the house and if it is ignored we reserve the right to charge £50 to your card for additional cleaning. If you tamper with any fire alarms we will ask you to leave with no refund as it will endanger other guests
