A valid debit or credit card is required at the time of booking and a deposit of £25 will be taken to secure your reservation with us. (We do not accept American Express.) Your deposit is non refundable but transferable to another date up to 14 days prior to your stay
Cancellations
Within 14 days of arrival your deposit becomes non refundable
Within 7 days We will charge for the first night of your stay if we cannot re let your room.
Within 48hrs or you fail to arrive without notification you will be charged for the whole of your stay if we cannot re-let your room
If you curtail your stay once commenced you will be charged for the whole stay.
The extra bits
Weekend bookings are for a 2 night stay unless otherwise agreed .
Bookings for more than 2 rooms will require an additional non- refundable deposit of £100 plus £25 per room
Bookings for the entire house will be the responsibility of the lead booker and the total payment must be made 4 weeks prior to the event or we reserve the right to cancel the entire booking and re-let all rooms.
We are an adult only accommodation
In order to safeguard our guests with allergies we cannot accept pets in the main part of the house or bedrooms.
We do have two dogs who live in our private quarters but do not venture in the guest areas
Check in times for guests booking directly with us are between 3.00pm and 7 pm If travelling after work and your arrival time is after 7pm please contact us to arrange someone will be around for a later check in. For the comfort of other guests we cannot accept check ins after 10.30 pm
Check out is 10.30 am
Payments can be made by debit or credit card by card machine, online card payment system or BACS
We have a strict no smoking policy throughout the house and if it is ignored we reserve the right to charge £100 to your card for additional cleaning or undue damage . If you tamper with any fire alarms we will ask you to leave immediately with no refund as you have endangered other guests.
